About Meetzy

Most people have things they actually want to do and nobody free to do them with. Friends move cities, schedules never line up, and doing it solo just feels like effort. That gap is what Meetzy closes.

The fix isn’t another feed to scroll. It’s showing up somewhere, with someone, this weekend. So the entire product is one thing: a real plan that actually happens.

Meetzy started with fees attached to meeting someone. We dropped that model completely.

No money moves between members anymore — no fees, no wallet, no commission. Paying to be someone’s company was never the product we wanted to build, and it quietly warped how people treated each other. Meetzy is free to use today, and no money will ever move between two members.

This is the design decision everything else hangs off. Your feed is full of activity plans — an activity, an area, a time window, like Coffee · Koramangala · Sat 5–7pm — posted by ID-verified hosts. You never browse a grid of faces, because that grid doesn’t exist.

Browsing people turns humans into a catalogue. You judge on a photo, swipe past a person, and the whole thing becomes about looks before it becomes about anything else. Leading with the activity flips that: you connect over a shared thing to do, and find out who someone is after you both said yes to the same plan.

• Plans are the feed. Profiles aren’t browsable.
• Ask to join with an optional one-line hello.
• The host accepts one person for a one-on-one plan, or several for a group.
• Only then do full profiles unlock and a DM (or shared group chat) open.

Every plan ends in the host choosing who joins, never an auction. A one-on-one plan is a single accept; a group plan fills seat by seat up to the capacity the host set. Either side can walk away at any point without explanation or cost.

Meetzy is explicitly not a dating app and not an escort service. It’s for planned, in-person activities with a verified activity partner — coffee, gym sessions, hikes and dinners. That clarity shapes every decision we make.

Verification comes first: hosts prove who they are before a plan goes live. Chat blocks phone numbers, emails and links, so nobody can push you off-platform before you’ve met.

When you meet, a two-part check-in confirms it: one of you reads a 4-digit code, the other types it in. It proves you met, and nothing more. Afterwards, both of you can leave a review.

Meetzy is live in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore and Pune, with activities including Coffee, Gym Buddy, Hiking Partner and Dinner. We grow city by city, deliberately, so the experience stays safe as we scale.
