Refunds & Cancellations

Posting a plan, asking to join one, chatting after a match and meeting up are all free. Nothing is charged for any of them.

No money moves between members. There is no wallet, no escrow and no commission, so there is never anything owed between you and the person you meet.

Either person can call off a plan before the meetup, for any reason. Nothing is owed and nothing is lost.

Hosts can repost a plan whenever they want. If someone repeatedly cancels or no-shows, report them and we will look into it.

Meetzy used to run on a paid model. If you still have a balance or an unresolved transaction from that period, we will sort it out with you directly.
